Founded in 1999 and headquartered in Shanghai, Chengwei Capital is one of the earliest venture capital firms dedicated to investing in local Chinese enterprises. In 2004, Chengwei established China’s first USD Evergreen Fund, breaking the constraints of traditional fund cycles to enable an ultra-long-term investment horizon.
